New Criminal Law Review Joins University of California Press

Beginning with the January, 2007 issue, New Criminal Law Review (formerly published as Buffalo Criminal Law Review) will move to a quarterly publication schedule and will release issues in January, April, July and October.

The journal publishes thematic forum sections and special issues, full-length peer-reviewed articles, book reviews, and occasional correspondence.

Markus D. Dubber is Professor of Law and Director, Buffalo Criminal Law Center, SUNY Buffalo School of Law. He is the author of The Police Power: Patriarchy and the Foundations of American Government (2005) and Victims in the War on Crime: The Use and Abuse of Victims? Rights (2002)

Lindsay Farmer is Professor of Law at the University of Glasgow, UK. He is the author of Criminal Law, Tradition and Legal Order: Crime and the Genius of Scots Law 1747 to the Present (1997).
